Brilliant childminders

Jen and Kerry have been looking after both our children since they were 7 months old. They are excellent childminders and we would highly recommend them. As another reviewer wrote, they really are like second mums. They are nurturing, whilst also fostering strong communication and independence skills. They regularly take children out during the week, and I really like that they have all the children sitting round the table together to eat, fostering a family environment. Their values are rooted in care and love for the children they take care of and it shows - every single child (mine included) run through the door with smiles on their faces. I cannot recommend them enough; we feel so lucky to have found them.

They are like second mums to our son!

My little boy has been with Jen and Kerry since he was a year old. He is now 3 and still loves going to them. I visited a few childminders before I decided on J&K. It was their warmth and clear affection towards the children in their care that really drew me to them. As an anxious mum about to return to work it was so reassuring to know he was with them. We would get daily photo updates on WhatsApp and the Baby's days app and always knew what he had been up to. After just a week he would run to them happily and I'd struggle to get him to leave at pick up! He has made really good friends with the other kids there and it really does feel like his second home. Jen and Kerry take the kids out every day to get some fresh air and in the summer they go for picnics and fruit picking. They have helped with fussy eating and potty training and have always been very accomadatinf in every way. Couldn't reccomened enough!! My son love them both very much.

Highly recommended

Kerry and Jen helped me out when I was in a tricky situation earlier this month. Just about to start my first day after a new promotion and my nanny was ill and couldn’t look after my 4 year old and 10 month old.

Kerry and Jen were recommended to me through a friend of a friend. They stepped in at the last minute and looked after my children brilliantly. I work fairly long hours so the fact that they work from 7.30am-6.30pm was great.

They did all sorts of activities with my children that were appropriate for their ages, and they made great food. My children were so happy to be there which as a working mum is a must.

The fact that they are two child minders in one house means that you get two experienced and fun childminders for the price of one. I can’t recommend these ladies highly enough ?

Highly recommended

Kerry often looked after my son for me when he was younger when I worked at weekends. She is fantastic at what she does and my son adored her. She always provided age appropriate activities to keep him occupied and encouraged his manners. I would highly recommend Kerry and am more than happy to provide a reference for her should anyone require.
