About Me
I have been a nanny since I left college (23 years ago!) Before I had my own children I had worked with all my families until the children went into full time education. Between having my own children I worked for a family where I was a temporary maternity cover for 13 months. I then went on to maternity leave to have my 2nd daughter. My eldest daughter has come to work with me since she was 3 month old. I have gone on to have a second daughter who has also come to work with me for the last couple of years. Unfortunately my position with my latest family has come to an end and i am now available part time on a Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday...... my eldest daughter is nearly 5 years old and is in reception in Great Missenden Buckinghamshire. My youngest daughter is 3 years old and goes to preschool on a Tuesday and Wednesday 9.15-1.15 and Thursday 9.15-4.15. However she will be changing preschools after Easter and doing 2 full days. If you need a few hours childcare, a mothers help or a housekeeper please contact me (my direct contact details below). I have excellent references available upon request. I have worked with a variety of ages, so I have gained lots of experience over the years!! My youngest daughter and my last family both had children with hip dysplasia. I have looked after my own daughter in a spica cast for 12 weeks and the child I used to look after aswell. I have taken on the duties of cleaning with some of my families and have always left the homes clean and tidy ready for the parents return. Currently I am not Ofsted registered as my renewal was due at the time I started maternity leave. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile!
My Experience
I have worked with babies as young as 3 months right up to the children growing into young adults (early 20's!!). I have also had experience with twins (from 4 months)
My Qualifications
I gained my NNEB when I left school and went to college, since then I've kept up to date with my first aid courses and DBS I've also passed my Ofsted inspection. These would all require renewing as expired when I went on maternity leave in December 2020
