I cannot recomend Jeanette enough, she has helped us with daughter for a year and a half (from when Isabel was two until she started school nursery) on a nannyshare basis and she has been utterly fantastic.
She is able to easily cope with two very different children and made sure they both did well and became firm friends. She is sensitive, responsable, highly knowledgeable and skilled with children. She is able to make them thrive and blossom, helping them regulating their emotions in the kindest way that boosts their confidence. She has taught our daughter how to count, how to do the alphabet and has potty trained trained her all in a kind, warm, helpful and professional manner. She has been a second mother to both children and become an extension of our families, they both love her and see her as an extension of the families. You could not wish for a better nanny. Please do not hesitate to cotact me for further references.
