I have been working with an amazing family in Medbourne since March. 3-6pm Tuesday, Weds, Thurs in term time and 9-5.30pm in the holidays. Unfortunately their lovely Mum has decided to resign from her job to take a more active role with the kids schooling etc so from the end of November, I am available!
My name is Danielle, im 38 years old and I currently live in Kibworth Leicestershire. I have a 3.5 year old little girl called Agatha. She attends nursery 2 afternoons a week and also lives part time with her Daddy.
My last post before having my little girl in Jan 2020 was a nanny to 2 boys in East farndon who attended Spratton private school full time. My hours were early mornings for school drop offs only and then either a 4pm pick up or a 5.20 pick up from Spratton until 7pm. In the holidays I cared for them full time from 7.30am-7pm. I had also been caring for a two year old little girl 2 days a week (7.30am-5pm) for 16 months alongside my main job. Recently her Mum had a new baby boy so my time with her came to a natural end.
I am currently looking a new role, full time/part time. I have worked with children up to the age of 16.
My Experience
As mentioned I was a nanny to 2 boys based in East Farndon and had recently been caring for a toddler. Previous to these roles I was a live in nanny to 3 children in Kilby for 3 years. Unfortunately in July 2016, I ended this post due to the eldest turning 16 and the care was no longer needed. Previous to this role, I was a part time nanny to 2 children in Foxton for 2 years. I also have school and nursery experience with references available on request.
My duties included early morning school run from East Farndon to Spratton, tidying and cleaning the house, ironing etc, evening school runs at either 4pm or 5.20pm, make dinner, do the washing/ironing, cleaning up...I then finish at 7pm each day.
In previous roles I have helped to wean/toilet training/transitioning nap times etc at 14 months, transitioned a 4 year old from nursery to infant school, assisting with learning to read and spell using phonics. I have also designed a daily rountine for my most recent 10 year old who has mild dyslexia. This routine and way of learning took his overall school results up by 2 levels in 1 year.
I love to take my charges out for the day. We have enjoyed local activities such as swimming, music classes, sing and sign classes, local parks and museums. We also like to venture out to places such as Warwick castle, Cadburys world, London, The Countryfile festival, The theatre....We like to have fun on our time off school!
I often did overnight stays, holidays and full weekends too.

I studied at GCSE level at Upper school in Market Harborough.

My Fees
- Nannying from £10.50 per hour (gross)
My fees are negotiable. I worked on a weekly rate with my last post based on my average annual hours (keeping a log of any overtime to be paid 3 monthly) and I worked on a daily rate for the little girl for 2 days per week. I am also very happy to work on an hourly basis.
