About Me

Hello my name is Tracey i am a fully qualified, registered childminder and have been childminding for 27 years. I live in Dundee with my son Jamie who is 24. The children i care for enjoy a range of activities indoors including drawing, painting, play dough, stories and free-play utilising the toys and equiptment i have to offer. I also use local toddler groups and play groups so that the children have an even wider range of toys and play equipment to choose from. We often go out on trips to farms, beaches, art centres and soft play. I have a safe, child friendly enviroment including a garden where the children enjoy outdoor play, including soft play, toy cars a shoot etc. I also ask that parents to provide suitable clothing for the appropriate weather i.e. hats, wellies, etc to allow us to go for fun walks. My Experience

I have been childminding full-time for 27years now and have used toddler groups, play groups and community services during this time as well as doing courses to expand my knowledge of childcare. I have an SVQ 3 level 7 which also means I'm a fully qualified child practitioner.

My Qualifications

I am a a registered childminder with the scottish childminding association. I have done quite a few child care courses including child protection, food and nutrition and first aid. I also have full public liability insurace. SVQ3 level 7 I am also qualified as a small food business by the environmental health so I can provide healthy meals.

My Availability

My Fees

  • Childminding from £6.00 per hour

I can now offer the goverment 1140 funded hours from August to all 3 and 4 year olds and eligible 2 year olds. Please contact for information as rates vary for part time, full time and before and after school.
