About Me
I am looking for a full time Live in Nanny position.
I am 36 years old born in Colombia and I got Spanish Passport.
I decided to move to England in November 2014 as I love new challenges and people from different cultures, the fascination of tourism as well as to communicate in different languages.
After years of experience I have a broad view of what parents and the children need in a nanny. I place a lot of emphasis on playing with and nurturing children, I listen to them, comfort them.
I have no academic training as a nanny but I want to be a good nanny because I see many lives wasted in the world for lack of love, attention, principles and values. I am sensitive and I find it very sad that so many people drowned in the depression and dependences for having lacked a proper childhood. I read books on child education and self-help to improve myself. I am helpful, sympathetic, calm, patient, reliable, flexible, and a good team player.. I am always willing to learn new things, and look forward to new challenges.
From my early childhood I have been taught the importance of maintaining a healthy diet, I have always been interested in the gastronomy and therefore I have done trainings as a cook and worked as a cook. I am able to cook very natural, (vegetarian if necessary) and tasty meals for the children.
Although English is not my first language I have worked hard to ensure I can communicate adequately and look forward to improving further now that I am in the UK.
I describe myself as, diplomatic, resilient and dedicated. I take responsibility for myself and my performance and pride myself in all aspects of my work and private life. I am reliable and committed and will embrace my new family wholeheartedly.
My Experience
I love doing outdoor activities with the kids, going to parks, zoo, play football with the boys, camping, play with water in summer, explore the nature and animals and much more OUTDOOR.../ INDOOR I like to read with them, depending on the age, play with shapes sing nursery rhymes with YouTube’s help, play hide and seek, Lego constructions, drawing and much more.
I have worked for families with two and three children with different ages.

During my Child care profesional experience I have always worked asa live in Nanny, not as a live out.
I have done both sole charge and share charge.
My duties have been to be responsable for the children during the day.
Running the daily routine, drops off and pick ups from the school.
Cook for them, taking into account the diet of children depending on age,
I have previous experience dealing with alergies.
Planning outdoor /indoor activities, playgroups, doctor appointments, the milestone and waining process.
Do my best to keep them safe and happy, discipline them with the parents help as a team, spend quality time with them.
Take them to swimming lessons.

My Availability
I am looking for a full time Live in Nanny Job, not as Au pair and because I want to improve my English and this is very important for me I do not want to work for a Spanish speaking family, I am willing to speak Spanish to the children and teach them the language, but not that the parents speak spanish to me.
I am ready to start working as soon as possible.
