About Me

Hi there, I’m Stephanie.
I’m an experienced nanny and nursery nurse with a strong background in childcare, as well as being a mum to three children myself. My experience is both professional and personal—my 8-year-old has a formal diagnosis of ADHD and Autism, and I also work with young people with Autism, ADHD, and PDA. This has given me a deep understanding of supporting children with a wide range of needs.

I hold an SVQ Level 3 in Childcare and an HNC in Social Services. Over the years, I’ve built up extensive experience across a variety of settings, including:
Children’s residential care (ages 8–21)
Nursery environments (ages 0–5)
Babysitting and nannying roles
Raising my own family

I am confident in managing challenging behaviours, using a calm and supportive approach. I pride myself on having good initiative and the ability to think quickly in different situations, always ensuring children feel safe, understood, and cared for.

I’m currently looking to return to nannying/childcare based role in the Banknock, Haggs, Bonnybridge, and Denny areas. Please note, I am not a registered childminder so this is not a service I can provide.
I have previously worked as a nanny in Essex, London and Ayr before moving to the Falkirk area in February 2016, where I now live with my husband and children.

I have a full, clean driving licence, an up-to-date PVG (Disclosure Scotland) within my current job role and I am registered with the SSSC.
