Liz worked with us for a few nights to help our baby learn to sleep on his own cot. She was amazing and made us feel calm and supported through the whole process. She also provided tips on our overall day routine and continued to offer support via whatsapp even after her worked finished with us. Our 4 month old baby has now learned to sleep on his own bed and is sleeping through most of the night!!!
