My Experience

I'm currently a nanny/housekeeper to three children ages - 10, 10 and 14 and have been for the last 6 years.

Previously I’ve been a nanny to a 9 year old term time then to a 13 year old also during school holidays. During term time I will collect the child from school, then take to any after school clubs/sessions they may have ensuring we are punctual. Once finishing we head back to the family home, where I will the prepare and cook a healthy dinner for the family for later on that evening for them all to enjoy! During the evening I'll ensure the child is ready for the next day. I'll prepare clothes for the following day and ensure the school bag is ready with all the correct books and equipment needed. On some occasions I will do the morning school run this is where I will wake the child up, prepare a healthy breakfast, ensure fully dressed and ready for school easy to be drop for 7:45. During the school holidays a sibling comes home from boarding and we'll do all sorts of activities ranging from art and craft days to visiting museums, cinemas, local attractions and arranging play dates. I will work 8-8 during the holidays preparing breakfast, lunches and dinner.

Also when the family are preparing to go on holiday I'll pack the suitcase for the younger child ensuring they have everything that is needed for their time away. If the family need any jobs done during the days I'm happy to help with things such as taking pets to the vets, dropping and collecting items from the dry cleaners etc.

Prior to working as a nanny I was a hard working, enthusiastic level 3 room leader of the 2-3 room within a private nursery in the Greenwich borough, which were graded as ofsted 'outstanding'. During this role I would ensure my room would run smoothly and to the correct standards that are required, ensuring all children were treated as individuals and all needs met accordingly. I love creative play and being in the outdoor environment.

I worked in private nurseries for around 5 years. But I also have 12 years of experience from helping with my two little sisters who have a huge part in my life. I have worked with children from 3 months to 4 in nurseries and my sisters are now 8 and 12. Also I baby sit for some of the children I have previously looked after within the nurseries I have worked at.
