My name is Lisa Ridgwell, I am OFSTED and Local Authority Registered. I am located near Seaside, 15 minute walk from Eastbourne Station and the town centre and on many bus routes.
My Experience
Previously a registered childminder in London for 10 years whilst my children were younger.I stopped as i moved out of the area. After some years away I have decided to return to what I love doing.

NVQ3 Homebased Childcare. DBS Checked. Safeguarding-Child Protection.

Lisa has been so, so patient and caring with our ‘lockdown baby’ (now a year old). She worked with us on a settling-in plan which has really worked: her patience, experience, consistency and kindness have been huge factors in this success. Our older daughter took to her straight away for wraparound care too. We found her via a recommendation and I would definitely recommend Lisa going forward!

My son has been with Lisa for over a month now and he loves his time with her, we always receive a warm welcome. He has progressed so much in this time with her help. He enjoys playing with the other children and his confidence has grown so much. My son adores Lisa and always has such a great day. I always love receiving pictures of his day.
I would highly recommend Lisa!

Lisa is without a doubt a godsend, not only does she provide top notch service at hours friendly to your typical working family, but she is flexible, reliable and always on hand to help out!
Our little girl loves Lisa to bits, we really can’t thank her enough for all she does for us.
Totally and 100% would recommend Lisa to anyone needing childcare!

We are so happy and fortunate to have found Lisa. She has supported and looked after our daughter since she was a year old (now 4 and preparing for starting school).
She provides a lovely, safe, educational, and active home-away-from-home environment for all the children she looks after. It is clear from all of the children just how much they enjoy being there. I fully and completely trust Lisa and would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends or family.
She is also highly reliable, flexible, and very accommodating to last minute changes when needed which we really appreciate.
We, as will my daughter, be sad to see our daughter move on to school.

Lisa has been nothing but understanding, supportive and flexible during this current climate she has listened to all my concerns and worked around all our changes around work, which have been stressful. Lisa has taken on my two girls and they are so happy In her setting. My eldest asks everyday when she gets to see Lisa again and I am so pleased she has taken to a brand new environment and person with so much ease, it shows how much of a warm accepting and friendly person Lisa is.
