About Me
We are a family with two children living in Chiswick. Our daughter Elizabeth is 10, our son Teddy is 7. Teddy is a lovable and affectionate autistic boy. He loves physical activity, swimming, play doh, and reading. He is very fun loving and sweet natured but also has a lot of sensory issues, and anxiety. He needs constant one to one attention.
My Requirements
I am looking for an energetic, kind, patient and after school/evening nanny, plus some weekend work. Occasional weekend work considered. We would definitely consider a male nanny as Teddy craves male friendship and role models. SEN experience would be useful but the most important thing is to find the right fit for us. Someone who can engage Teddy, play with him, get down to his level, take him to the park or swimming, help him to regulate his emotions if he becomes disregulated. we can be fairly flexible about times and rates for the right person.

Marwa nannies for my son one day a week and she is fantastic with him. I wish we could have her as a full time nanny, but as we can’t she is looking for an additional job.
Marwa is a highly motivated and likeable individual who hits the ground running. She has a natural affinity with children and instinctively knows how to connect with them. My son has special educational needs and can be challenging but Marwa easily engages with him and calms him down.
Marwa is very pleasant to have around and has lots of initiative. I love that she always helps me with clearing up if there is a calmer moment.
She often takes my son out for the afternoon and I feel totally confident she can look after him safely, even though he is prone to running off. Marwa is also highly professional and always reliable and punctual.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marwa to anyone.
