With the Visa situation in the past I had to work with lots of families in a short time and which help me to gain more communication skills, adopting easily,experiences with children and families in every expect. Every household and child has their own differences, and common sides with others. Having more experience with different children help me to find different solutions, approaches to individual child and situation including eating habits, potty trainings, sleep problems, developing their social skills, dealing emotional stages and more. Most of my positions I had to look after multiple children at the same time including twins and different age groups which requires skills to deal with siblings’ rivalry and how to bond them.

My Experience

Work Experiences
Employments ;
*Full time sole charge nanny in Wimbledon village (family Jupp) 1 day from April 2017 _full time January 2018 to April 2020
Looking after 2 years old girl and 6 years old boy alongside Rohampton position and bacome full-time nanny later in the year. Very organized family with lots of classes and activities booked such as swimming, music, gymnastics, tennis, golf. On our free time I organise playdates and outings with their friends to keep their relationship stronger and sometimes free play at home to give them rest and chance to develop their imagination. Other times we change simple activities to clanging task such as they have to add their own stories to drawing or write a story to play. Giving them each chance to lead the game and make decisions and take responsibilities.
Sporting family with additional hours, babysitting and proxy parenting.
Reason for leaving; hours will be reduced as both children at full-time school.

In this position I was responsible of their all daily care of cooking, feeding, bathing ,using creams regularly to avoid egzema conditions. Also organizing activities and outings such as going to park, play grounds, playdates, play groups, soft play centres, attending gymbory classes, at home reading books, painting, drawing, water games in the garden and more.
Sporting family with babysitting, going other locations for family visits and parties.
Reason for leaving; they were starting nursery and hours was reducing significantly.

Self employed jobs; Reason; Beatween the years 2010 and 2015 as a Turkish citizen I had visa under Ankara agreement which gives Self employment work permit and has restrictions by HMRC not to work as a full time nanny . Because of this reason I had to combine few part time positions at all times in a week or have temporary positions between the years 2010_2015 until I receive ILR in UK )

Arzu was a fantastic nanny to my twins from 1 to 2.5 years old. I would highly recommend her. Arzu provided very structured days for the twins, taking them to playgroups, play dates, doing creative activities and outings. She cooked nutritious meals, read to them and helped develop their talking. She gave feedback about each day and was always enthusiastic, happy and engaged. She gave her full attention to the twins and my neighbors would often comment on what fantastic care she was taking of them. I was very impressed that she took on the twins from such a young age - twins can be very hard work - and did it so capably. I always knew they were happy, engaged and safe in her hands. I would be very happy to provide a verbal or written reference if anyone required one.
