About Me
Hi I am Nadine, I am 39 years old, and live in Bexhill with my Fiancé and 17 year old son who has Autism, and mild learning difficulties.
I hold a level 3 Diploma in children and the young peoples workforce, and studying for a degree with Open University in Health and Social Care. I also hold qualifications in Counselling, City and Guilds Work with parents, and am first aid trained.
I am currently employed 3 days a week at a local secondary school supporting SEN pupils as a teaching assistant. I have past experience of working in other secondary and primary schools, nurseries, and as a self employed Ofsted registered childminder.
I have in the past volunteered for Dragonflies children’s charity, supporting bereaved children and/or with Mental health problems, and as a SEN youth careers advisor.
I am friendly, gentle natured, fun and positive, and have particular skills, experience and interest in working with children and young people on the autistic spectrum.
