About Me

I am an 'Outstanding' Ofsted registered childminder. I have two lovely daughters aged 6 and 2 years old. We enjoy going to local toddler groups, playing in the park, various creative activities and a range of outdoor games. My mother (Gaye Ashby) and I work as a team in my house providing care for children of all ages. Together we can provide a safe, friendly environment with good homemade meals and healthy snacks.

My Experience

I have now worked as a childminder for a four years with my mum, thus building alot of experience working with children from 9mths to 8 years. I worked as a Reception teacher for 4 years and have gained experience in Key stage 1 and 2 through regular supply work. I worked as a live-in nanny for 3 children for 3 years during my time at University. I have also gained a great deal of experience and knowledge from being a mummy over the last six years.

PGCE in Primary Teaching
Master and Degree in Psychology
Food hygiene
Three Children food trust courses on healthy eating
I am completing my Quality Improvement Award

My Availability
