About Me
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for 18 years. I live with my husband and youngest son, who is 14 years old. I have a purpose built playroom for my childcare business, with lots of resources and space to play. I have been inspected by Ofsted four times, three of which I was awarded Outstandimg. I have excellent parent references from previous parents, which can be seen when visiting my setting.
I have a business Facebook page under the name Cherubs Childminding Service. You can see photos of my setting showing some of the experiences the children experience with me.
My Experience
I have 18 years experience in childcare. I provide care for ages 0-5 years.
I offer the children in my care lots of wonderful experiences. We visit toddler groups, libraries, play centres and parks on a weekly basis. We also visit farms, the zoo, the aquarium and beaches too throughout the year.
I like to spend time both indoors and outdoors, using my garden during the spring, summer and early autumn, whilst also visiting the parks and nature reserves throughout the year.
My Qualifications
I have a NVQ level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. I also have additional qualifications in SEN.
I have a certificate in paediatric first aid and a DSL Safeguarding certificate. I regularly attend CPD training with my local authority.
My Availability
My setting is open from 7.45-4.45pm Monday to Thursday during term time.
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
