What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a reliable and caring babysitter to look after our two boys for the whole day across seven Saturdays over the next 10 months, starting September 20th then October 18th, with 5 subsequent dates occurring roughly monthly in 2026.
The role:
• Full day care from 7AM-8PM while I attend a training course
• Care for our children in our family home in Kings Stanley
• Meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for you to serve)
• Keeping the children entertained and engaged throughout the day
• Light supervision of our friendly lurcher (half whippet, half Labradoodle)
What it’s like where we live:
• A welcoming family environment, with parking and WiFi
• Access to a lovely nearby playground and scenic walking areas
• Plenty of indoor activities including board games, Lego, and various entertainment options
• Opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our family
Looking ahead:
There’s potential for growth of the role if that’s something that interests you - my training requirements will increase over the next three years, possibly expanding to full weekends. We’re hoping to establish an ongoing relationship with the right person who can get to know our children and become a trusted part of our childcare support network.
Immediate Need:
Our immediate priority is finding excellent care for September 20th, and then for Saturday October 18th.
