About Me
Hello my name is Caroline Collins. I am a married mother of 3 (Ross 27 married with two beautiful little girls working full time , shauna, 23 working full time as a dog trainer/behaviourist and ,Owen who is 19 and working full time in accountancy) and a very well trained dog whom the children all love.
We live in the Chells Manor area of Stevenage in a three bedroom house with a large fully equipet garden and live in a smoke free enviroment.
I am a highly experienced and N.N.E.B qualified Nanny/Childminder with over 20 years experience of all ages from birth upwards.
I offer a warm, safe and homely learning enviroment for babies and children of all ages. I offer a flexiable childcare service and work in partnership with parents.
My Experience
I have 10 years experience as a nanny and another 18 + years as a childminder.I have cared for babies and children from birth to 18years.
I have special needs experience both home and school based.
I love my job and enjoy every moment with the babies and children that I care for.I am still in contact with all the families and can provide many references.
I offer flexiable childcare and have experience of parents shift work so know things are not always the same day to day week to week.

My Availability
I am available Monday to Thursday 7 am to 6.30pm but I am willing to be flexiable.
I have vacancies now in all ages.I do school drop off/pick ups at Martins Wood school.
I offer funding hours for all ages as well as tax free childcare.

I chose Caroline as a childminder for my baby (6 months old) when returning to work in May 2019.
She has been literally perfect. Molly absolutely loves her, her daughter and the rest of the family and the other kids there. It is a home from home. We couldn't ask for better.
Caroline is flexible, will always discuss things with you, helps Molly progress with everything and works with you to keep routines etc suitable for both of you. Caroline is always doing activities or groups with the kids and also meeting up with other childminders so the children get to mix with lots of other kids. We have a whatsapp group with her so we get updates and pictures, but also the other way round - we actually send updates as well. Like when Molly miraculously climbed the stairs on holiday!
We know Molly will enjoy every minute at Caroline's for years to come and we absolutely trust Caroline and couldn't be happier with her as Molly's childminder. Thanks Caroline!!
