About Me
My name is Vicky, I'm 37 years old, and live on the Roseland Peninsula. I'm currently looking for my next long-term nanny role in the South-West but would be very happy to discuss short term bookings further afield, including maternity nursing. When I'm here in Cornwall I provide evening babysitting and ad-hoc childcare for local families and holiday makers, so please get in touch to discuss availability.
About Me: I'm a caring, responsible person, who enjoys all aspects of child care. I also love animals, so pet care is no problem! I'm a vegetarian and enjoy healthy cooking and baking with my little munchkins, getting outdoors whatever the weather, reading picture books and playing all manner of games, both child-led and Vicky-led!
I can provide glowing references, have a DBS on the update system, and certificates in first aid and food hygiene. I also have a huge stash of toys, and story books that I like to bring with me to add enrichment, stimulate development and promote the concept of sharing!
My Experience
I have experience working with children of all ages, in a variety of settings. I've had 3 long term nanny roles, and have had my own babysitting business for 14 years now, largely based here in Cornwall with some temporary bookings further afield around the South-West, London and abroad. I'm also a qualified maternity nurse and love to lend a hand with newborns!
My Qualifications
I'm fully qualified with a CACHE Diploma in Child Care and Education and have a Level 4 maternity nursing certificate.
My Availability
I'm available for an immediate start.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £25.00 per hour (gross)
My evening babysitting rate is £20ph, or £25 if further afield or 2 families sharing. My daytime rates are generally £25ph for ad-hoc bookings.
