About Me
my daughter is 3, looking for someone who accepts 15 hour funding from January. Potentially someone who can cover weekends or be slightly flexible with times they can cover if during the week due to fluctuating work hours which I could give 4-6 weeks notice of.
My Requirements
I follow attachment parenting and gentle discipline so would want to work with someone who respects that and does not use 'naughty corner/step' and/or reward charts.
I am happy to provide lunch/dinner as I tend to make all of her food from scratch.
Would prefer childminder who has a Car and Full Driving Licence so I would be assured that my daughter could be taken somewhere swiftly if there was an emergency.
