My twin girls were supposed to be looked after by Sobia but only had time for a few settling in session before the Covid-19 pandemic hit and all childcare closed.

However, we were in contact for several months before that and built up great rapport, Sobia was always clear and professional, and made sure all our questions were answered. She wanted to know all the routines, food preferences etc to make sure the girls had an easy transition into the setting. During the settling in sessions it was clear that Sobia quickly developed a loving and caring relationship with my girls, who are quite shy with non-family members.

Unfortunately, I was just made redundant and we're now planning a move, and we can't continue our sessions with Sobia. We are certain we would have had a great working relationship with her if this pandemic had not gotten in the way, and would recommend her to anyone wanting a professional and caring childminder.
