We are a warm, friendly family based in Brentwood, looking for someone who will feel like a natural extension of our home. I am a hands-on, attentive mum who values a calm, loving, and structured environment for my baby, and I believe in supporting his development through connection, routine, and play. My fiancé and I are both very involved, and we truly value open communication, trust, and mutual respect with the person caring for our child. We are looking for someone kind, proactive, and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
My Requirements
We are looking for a caring, reliable nanny to look after our 1-year-old baby starting from 27th April, for three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday). We have chosen not to place him in a nursery, as we would prefer a more personal, home-based environment where he can feel safe, supported, and nurtured. Ideally, we would love someone who speaks Spanish, although this is not essential. We are also looking for someone who will actively support our baby’s development through engaging, stimulating activities appropriate for his age. It’s very important to us to build a good relationship, so we would like to meet beforehand to ensure a great fit and to allow our baby, my fiancé, and myself to become familiar and comfortable with the nanny before starting. We would also appreciate someone who is occasionally available for evenings or weekends, if possible
