About Me

My name is Tina I've been a registered childminder for 24 years I have 3 children of my own ages 36,28and 26.. My 36 year old is married and I have a grandson who is 13. My 28 year old made me a nannie again with another grandson who is 3 years old, and a granddaughter who is 11 months old.

My Experience

I have 21 years experience as a childminder. However i like to think my setting is a home from home environment . I have a secure rear garden where i encourage play and learning about the outside world; I also like to be out and about weather permitting. I am near train station, local parks, woods and we go to playgroups at least twice a week also do play centre to give the children a chance to mix with larger groups. Very close to Darwen town centre; with it being a 5 minute walk from my house. In the holidays we go further afield to different locations. also work very closely with nearby Nursery school's.

My Qualifications

NVQ3 in childcare. First aid, food Hygiene level 3. Safe guarding.

My Availability

I have EYFS vacancies. Before and after school spaces. My schools i do is st Joesphs, Darwen Also do Turncroft Nursery drop off and pick ups..
