Hi, my name is Mavis, I run Hounslow Montessori Daycare from home. I am a loving. And caring mother with lots more to give.
It is my passion to work with children and extend my love and care over each child I meet. I have a dedicated playroom, a garden and a park behind the property all risk assessed for your children to enjoy. Your child will come and learn through play following the EYFS (early years foundation stage) with progress checks along the way just like in a nursery setting.
The benefit of using a childminder is that the ratio is small so there is more time for each child, where children's individual needs can be met. I have a wide range of qualifications which are uploaded here on my profile. Hope to hear from you soon! Contact me for more details.
My Experience
My setting opened in November 2022. I have 25 years' experience of working with children. I am self employed and this is my business just like any other business so please do respect that I am an Ofsted registered Childminder and early years educator following montessori methods and also following the EYFS. I have relevant experience and qualifications including a childcare diploma, autism awareness, paediatric first aid, safeguarding, food and hygiene, BA honours in child psychology. and many more I am constantly updating my education for my role. I love children so I am doing my dream job. I do it to the best of my ability, I am here to help. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Mavis is an excellent sitter my daughter loves her and her daughter. Mavis listens to what I ask for she also goes above and beyond what is asked of her. I highly recommend her and will be using her in the future.

Mavis is a very nice and attentive childcare provider that always goes above and beyond for my child having stopped using her services full time as my child is at school during my working hours now. I still use her on occasional weekends its so nice to have her ongoing support she is always just a phone call away. Thank you for all your hard work we appreciate you xx

I am so grateful for the wonderful care that Mavis provides for my children. She is kind, patient, and very attentive, and I always feel reassured knowing they are in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
She is always available and, whenever I call her last minute, she is there to help without hesitation. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure my children are safe, happy, and well cared for.
I highly recommend Mavis to any parent looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring childminder. We feel very lucky to have her!❤️
