About Me

I am a kind, patient and reliable individual and at a very early age knew that I wanted to pursue a career working with children. I have one daughter, aged 19 now who is at university in her second year.I enjoy trips to the theatre, arts and crafts listening to music and meeting new people.

My Experience

I have 25+ years of experience working as a nanny. All of my previous employment has been sole charge positions of one or more children (including babies as young as 5 months). I have also had experience working in a day nursery as part of a team. My most recent employments to date have both been in a primary school setting as a SMSA. This change of role for me was due to the fact that I had my own daughter in 2004 and wanted to find a job that fit around school hours.

PPA, Equivalent to NVQ2, Pediactric first aid , Safeguarding course
