About Me
I have space for a baby/toddler from September 2023, ideally for full days from Monday to Thursday. Please get in touch if you are interested.
I'm an Ofsted registered childminder based in Motspur Park and was graded "Outstanding" in my recent inspection. I am originally from South Africa and have been living in London since 2001. I live with my husband and our two children aged 11 and 10. I provide a happy, safe and homely environment for the children where they can learn and develop through play. There is plenty of space in the living room, play room and garden. I organize our days with lots of activities, outings, games, songs and stories appropriate to their ages. I love going on outings which include going to the local park, library, playgroups, soft-plays and farms. It is important to me that my children eat a healthy balanced diet and I provide nutritious, home cooked meals and healthy snacks. My house is about 3 minutes walk from Motspur Park Station and there is free on-street parking available on my road. Our household is smoke free.

Susan welcomed our son into her home nearly 2 years ago, when he was 11 months old. She cares for him 3 full days a week, and he absolutely loves it there. He has thrived in her care, and has gained confidence and skills that I credit Susan for helping to develop. She is a very caring and calm individual, who is highly organised. Susan provides a daily record book listing activities, outings, meals, nappy changes and sleep times. It’s great being given such a detailed summery of our sons daily activities. Susan also completes developmental reviews, which are very informative and help us to understand the skills and milestones our son is reaching.
The meals Susan prepares are nutritional and tasty, and always varied and enjoyed by our son. I can highly recommend Susan as a childminder, and have every confidence that your child will be well looked after and have lots of fun in her care.
