My Requirements

**Location:** Stanmore HA7

Are you a compassionate caregiver experienced in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team!

We seek a caregiver with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Candidates with prior experience working with children with ASD or other special educational needs are encouraged to apply. We understand the importance of flexibility and are open to splitting the role between two caregivers if you cannot commit to the full set of hours.

**Core Hours:**
- Weekdays during school holidays: 11 AM to 5 PM (flexibility available if needed)
- **Weekday cover from 4-8 PM during term time**
- **Weekend hours**: As many as you can do, based on your availability

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage Sofia in outdoor activities such as cinema trips, dining out, and park visits
- Participate in quieter indoor activities like puzzles and music

**About the Role:**
- Contractual employment with benefits, including paid holidays, sick leave, and pension contributions
- Please note, we do not offer cash-in-hand positions

**About Sofia:**
Sofia is a vibrant 17-year-old who enjoys a variety of activities both indoors and outdoors. We need someone who can match her energy and interests and provide the support she needs to thrive.
