My Requirements

Are you a compassionate caregiver experienced in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team! We reside in Stanmore HA7 and are seeking a caregiver with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Candidates with prior experience working with children with ASD or other special educational needs are encouraged to apply. We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we're open to splitting the role between two caregivers if unable to commit to the full set of hours.

Core weekday hours during school holidays are from 11 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility if needed. While after-school care during term time is not required, it may be open to one or two days, though not a prerequisite for the role. Additionally, weekend days may be offered if candidates are interested, but it's not mandatory.

Responsibilities include engaging Sofia in outdoor activities such as cinema trips, dining out, and park visits, as well as quieter indoor activities like puzzles and music.

This is a contractual employment opportunity with benefits including paid holidays, sick leave, and pension contributions. Please note, we do not offer cash-in-hand positions.
