My Requirements
I'm looking for a regular babysitter, ofsted registered for about 12-15 hours per week, occasionally more ( can be less hours too).
ideally local to E5, but not essential- for my 10years old boy who is currently at home due to a medical condition. Special needs experience important, though someone gentle, joyful and grounded, could manage to learn how to hold, de-escalate or avoid overwhelms. He engages with music, singing, movement, reading, lots of cuddles and enjoys sensory play. Someone creative, who thinks outside of the box, calm in all circumstances, or has lots of experience in special needs would be great.

Nihal has helped me at a last minute call for the care of my 5years old child and she has been very supportive throughout the process.
It is of course a daunting experience to let a unknown person in your house with the sole care of your child and I was reassured by her professionalism in delivering all the documents up to date and ready.
She is thoughtful and caring, and I felt absolutely reassured of leaving my child in her care.
My child felt straight away comfortable and had a great time. A couple of bonus were finding a lovely healthy dinner cooked and the toy corner all organised!
