It’s cliché to say that you feel as if you've found a childminder who is like one of the family. But for us that was the level of care, security and peace of mind Sufia and her family provide for us and our son. My son is in Sufia’s care 5 days a week between 8am and 6pm.

Environment
Sufia’s house is warm, open and full of love and learning. For small children it is simply the perfect place to be - a home away from home.
She achieves a warm balance between love and affection and laying down some basic boundaries that are so important in the little children’s' routines. Day to day activities are carefully considered to provide a stimulating environment and the sense of fun and adventure is clear as you step through the door. Great efforts are made by Sufia to respond to individual children's needs and communication throughout the week it is provided so that as a parent, you feel very involved in your child's time in the setting. With cots provided for naps, lovely fresh home cooked food, and ready supply of cuddles. Our son positively looks forward to his time with Sufia who he now calls aunty, Osman is a very happy little boy and I feel relaxed and confident knowing that when we drop him off in the morning, he is safe and will be well looked after. When I collect him at the end of the day, he greets me at the door very happy.

Development
We would like to say that it has been a pleasure working with Sufia in developing Osman. I have seen a real change in him since he joined her back in January. He is very confident now, and social with other people whom I believe he has learnt from interacting with the other children whilst in her care. In fact we only spoke yesterday about how we can work together to improve his numeracy and literacy skills.
Osman has really blossomed in the last 10 months he spent with Sufia, the children do lots of creative arts and crafts projects, pretty much every day, and goes out to the park and play in her lovely garden. Sufia’s house is also very well resourced with interesting things for the children to do, focus on different areas of learning. He certainly doesn’t have much opportunity for boredom! Sufia also seemed to do very well at encouraging the children to interact with each other in a thoughtful and kind way. Her setting is big enough to provide the same stimulation you might want from a nursery, but also intimate enough that each child develops a long-term relationship with Sufia.

Professionalism
We feel lucky to have found Sufia, and we highly recommend her services without hesitation to anyone looking for extremely professional, qualified and loving childcare. Sufia regularly speaks of going to training courses to keep her knowledge of various different child developments and childcare legislation.
I look forward to her daily feedbacks, and her honesty has helped us build our trust with her. It is such a great relief going to work knowing that our little boy is having such a great day; it is total peace of mind. The family group chat which Sufia created, which tells us everything about his day, is a brilliant idea, letting us know what he has eaten, slept, nappy changes etc. in short, we cannot speak highly enough of Sufia’s care, and we know we have left our son in the best possible hands.
Sufia loves children and is commitment to giving them high standards of care, she also has patience, great sense of humour, extremely flexibility, good communication skills, a strong awareness of health, safety and hygiene. She also has a tight control of her written documentation/records of her children, the whole process is very professional and follows the same standards as you would expect from an outstanding nursery. Sufia provides outstanding home from home care.

In summary we are both so happy with the care, we feel this has been one of the best decisions we ever made… THANK YOU!
