Hello! I’m a newly Ofsted-registered childminder, beginning an exciting journey alongside my mum, who has been a dedicated childminder for over 27 years (since I was a baby!). Growing up in a childminding environment has given me a lifelong passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Little Pickles Childminding is based in the lovely village of North Bradley. Our setting is a fully self-contained log cabin, which opens out onto a large, secure and enclosed garden. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are thoughtfully set up with a wide range of resources to support children of all ages and stages of development.
We aim to create a warm, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, happy and confident. Activities are carefully planned around each child’s interests and needs, supporting all seven areas of learning and development. We also encourage age-appropriate independence to help children grow into confident and capable individuals.
Outdoor play and exploration are a big part of our daily routine. We regularly enjoy outings such as trips to Longleat, nature walks, visits to local parks, soft play, rhyme time sessions, libraries and toddler groups.

Availability & Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm (flexibility available on request)
• All-year-round care (excluding public holidays)
• Minimum of 6 hours per day and 2 days per week

My Experience
I am a passionate and experienced childcare professional, as well as a proud mum to a little boy who is nearly three. After recently returning from maternity leave, I’m excited to continue doing what I love most—supporting children’s growth and development in a nurturing environment.
I studied childcare at college and gained extensive hands-on experience through placements in local nurseries and schools, working with children across all age groups. I then went on to work in a nursery in Bradford-on-Avon from the age of 18, where I spent six years developing my skills and progressing within my role. During this time, I built strong relationships with children and families while supporting learning through play and structured activities.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Play, Learning and Development, giving me a strong foundation in supporting children’s growth across all areas.
I am fully trained in:
• Paediatric First Aid
• Safeguarding and Child Protection
• Makaton
• Food Hygiene and Safety
• E-Safety
• FGM Awareness
I am committed to continuous professional development and regularly update my training to ensure I provide the highest standard of care and remain up to date with current childcare practices and guidelines.
My Availability
I offer childcare Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 6:00pm, with some flexibility available on request where possible.
I provide all year-round care (excluding public holidays).
I currently have full-time availability for a child under 2 from September 2026.
Please note:
