Fantastic!!

I was looking for childminder for my 7 month old son, rather than choosing nursery. Luckily I found Luisa. In no time he got settled with her. She is a fantastically talented childcare provider and is always friendly and professional. She has a wealth of experience working with children and that's immediately evident when you speak with her. My little boy, who is a notorious mummy's boy (and might I say clingy) immediately took to her which was a massive relief. I always loved to hear the joyous stories of what he'd got up to each day and the number of varied and educational activities he engaged in were impressive. 

Communication was always spot on. Daily diary , phone calls and text kept me updated on news and plans. I was always quickly informed if he was off colour, spotty or extra clingy and was grateful of the illness policy knowing that he was never being unnecessarily being subjected to the illnesses of other children. His diary was well looked after and comprehensive.

As a working mum I know how hard it is wondering whether your child is missing out while you work. But Luisa was a godsend and I knew he was doing more than most on a daily basis as well as trips out. We had such a peace of mind that even if we got late from work or stuck in traffic she always helped us as in managing all circumstances very patiently and I believe for any working women the biggest peace of mind any mother can have is to have a surety of her children's safety and Luisa gave us that peace of mind.
