About Me
I am a mature and professional young woman with 4 years' experience in looking after young children. I am very friendly and have good communication skills, so I am able to work very well with people, especially children.
I am open to learning new things and I feel I am able to adapt to different situations easily. I strive to do my best in every thing that I do and it would always be my main priority that your children's safety and happiness is put first.
I babysit for families in my local area. I acquired these jobs by putting advertising leaflets through letterboxes around my local streets. I also work for a catering company occasionally which has given me experience of handling food and working with the general public.
My Experience
I am highly motivated and determined to succeed in life. A few years ago, I decided to distribute leaflets in my local area to offer my babysitting services. This led to me acquiring one of my most regular and valued babysitting clients, who is a local GP. She has been using me for 4 years now for her 5 year old daughter and recently born son. She has also recommended me to many of her friends.
I have been babysitting now for families in my local area (Charlton) for the past 4 years for children from the ages of 6 months to 13 years old. I am very patient, bubbly and friendly around children and I am often told this. I am able to cook meals for the children and put them to bed. I interact well with young children, playing with them during the day time when required.,
My Qualifications
I am currently studying English Literature at University. I have completed my A Levels studying the subjects English Literature, Geography and Psychology. I found that all three subjects broadened my knowledge on the ability to communicate and understand people well, which is why I would love to work with children as I feel I am definitely a 'people' person, and therefore chose to study such humanities based subjects. I have also got 10 GCSEs in grade A and Bs, ranging from Science, Maths and English to Spanish, Music and RE. I plan to further my education by attending university to hopefully study Human Geography and Planning.
My Availability
I am available for childcare 3 days a week as I am studying on the other days. However, these days are fully flexible. I am able to help out early in the mornings until late at night.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.00 per hour
I would expect to earn the going rate for childcare but I am to negotiation on the rate you are willing to offer.
