My name is Marcella
I've been childminding for 19 years
I've five grown up kids myself youngest is now 15
I've been living here 25 yrs
Really love childminding started when my own kids were young and work with same families more or less till kids move to secondary
I am very active with kids we go to toddler groups l meet daily at school with other childminders and we take kids on trips to parks and shopping we do coffee morn where the kids get to play with all othe children during school holidays we take kids on outing to play farm park and zoo and other locations
I have support and back up of thre other childminders so never take unexpected days off
Parents are informed in advance of dates of my annual leave
The children are my priority and can be flexible if need be
I offer home from home care and keep all my training up to date
