About Me



Jenny’s Childminding offers a caring and welcoming home from home environment, with a large secured garden. We are within walking distance from Leybourne School, Leybourne Pre-School, Leybourne Lakes as well as other local playgrounds.

I live with my husband and two children, a daughter aged 11 and a son aged 9 years.

I have two rooms dedicated to Childminding. A room for arts and crafts and messy play and a playroom. Both rooms lead out onto a large fully equipped garden.

Jenny’s Childminding offers year round full time, part time and holiday care as well as before and after school care.

My Experience

Aside from being a mum to two young children, I spent my teenage years as a Mother's help for 3 children aged 6m, 5 yrs and 6yrs which over time progressed to babysitting and having sole charge of the children in my holidays from school and university. I'm still in contact with them some 20 years later.

I have a degree in Primary teaching and have helped out friends with their young children.

My Qualifications

BA Primary Education degree from University of Surrey, Roehampton

My Availability

My opening hours are 8am - 5pm
I am able to offer some flexibility around these times

I am able to offer collection/drop off from both Leybourne Pre School and Leybourne Primary School

I am also available for evening babysitting both weekdays and weekends
