I am a 44yr old fun energetic outgoing mum of twins. I have worked with children since leaving school and can't think of any other job I would want to do. I have years of experience in working with children and an in depth knowledge of the EYFS. I am very organised , reliable and passionate about my work.
My Experience
I have 20yrs of child care experience ranging from nursery nurse, nanny, Early years assessor, early years educator and most recently mum to twins. I have worked with children from aged 2-11 but have experience with older and younger with my own children and family/friends children. I have worked in private nurseries, home settings, primary schools and most recently a resource base for children with Autism.

Vicky has done a fantastic job of looking after my 2 year old son. He absolutely adores her! She's been so kind, caring and loving with him. We've really seen him come on in his development over the time he's been in her care. He's happy, confident and full of fun and can't wait for when she arrives in the morning.
Vicky, having two young children of her own, has excellent local knowledge of the groups, activities and venues that are perfect for babies, toddlers and older children around London and has also gone out of her way to take my son further afield to adventure play places, petting farms and on river boats etc. She has had endless energy and enthusiasm for these activities, even in the busy school holidays.
We have really benefited from her excellent knowledge and experience in childcare and child development, when we have asked for advice and support. I'm very sad that we are moving away from London and my son can no longer spend time with her (and her lovely sons too). She has been very flexible and easy-going with changes to my work, and is funny and great company to be around. I highly recommend her.

Vicky is our nanny at the moment and if we could take her with us when we move house, she would always be our nanny!
I feel so lucky to have found her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any family, who would find themselves truly lucky to have her in their world!
Vicky is a loving and devoted mother herself, as well as hugely experienced within chidlcare and I think that is what makes me feel so relaxed, knowing that my children are in safe and caring hands when I go to my meetings. She has so much warmth and genuine affection for my children and they adore her.
She has been looking after my 10 month old daughter, making her lunches, giving her her bottles, putting her down for naps - but above all - making her smile and laugh with lovely games and activities. And then with my 3 year old son, Vicky has endless energy and enthusiasm for playing games with him and keeping up with all of his 3 year old imagination! She has wonderful energy and is happy to do things the way that is best for us.
Vicky has been brilliant at working around my schedule, which as some one who is self-employed has been a godsend as things can change quickly and Vicky has always been so understanding at any last minute adjustments and always reliable.
As I say, the only reason we will not be able to continue having Vicky as our Nanny is because we are moving to the other side of London, and I feel really sad about that as my children will miss her hugely - but I will also miss her company too.
I really hope that the right family find her as she really is very special.
