About Me

Hi, I'm Vicky, I started childminding in September 2016 and have recently returned to it. I live with my husband and 3 children in Pendock. We have 2 very child friendly dogs, a lovely pony and various other small furries. We have a large, secure garden and are within 2 minutes of Pendock school. I am a very active person and we enjoy spending as much time as possible outside. We attend many local toddler groups and music classes as well as visiting the farm where the ponies live and other outings.
I am Ofsted registered and hold a current paediatric first aid and various safeguarding certificates. I also a hold food hygiene certificate and have a background of working in healthcare.

My Experience

I have been minding for 3 years and have always had an affinity with children, I love to watch them grow and mature into little people. I have grown up with my mother childminding and have fond memories of my childhood spent playing with the other children. I have 8 younger siblings who I helped to look after at every opportunity.
I have my own 3 of my own children so am experienced with newborns and very young babies.

My Qualifications

Ofsted registered, paediatric level 3 first aid, level 2 food safety.

My Availability

I have spaces available for children aged 0-2 years on Wednesdays and Thursdays. 8am until 4pm. I accept funded children. I predominantly work term time only, but am open to discussion about possible ad hoc work through school holidays.
