About Me
**My setting is currently full until September 2025**
Hi, my name is Andrea Arnold (GLeeson)I live with my Husband and two girls in the East Hull area. We live in a terraced house with a safe enclosed rear garden for outdoor play. We are also close to local facilities. We have 2 cats called Skye and Oscar. I offer care for Early years children, picks up/drop off from Bilton Primary school.
I have a large range of resources and equipment at my home and offer many exciting play opportunities and activities. We have recently started to change resources to lots of natural loose parts.
We also visit many playgroups, parks and soft play areas around the local area. We also go further a field during the holidays, to Eureka, Honey suckle farm & the beach.
I also accommodate funded children with 15/30 hours funding.
I am currently developing the front of my setting to include a playhouse and climbing frame.
I have immediate start For before and after school availability for Bilton school drop off and collection.
I currently have no availability for early years or before or after school children
I no longer take half day children as this doesn’t benefit the children or setting. Some days we will be learning out in the environment. We don’t want to rush back from our adventures.
I prefer children to take at least two days during the week as this helps them settle better and make friends.
My Experience
My own children are 24 & 20 and I have been childminding for over 16 Years now. In my last ofsted inspection I was graded Good.
My Qualifications
I have a current first aid certificate, child protection, food hygiene and attend evening training to enhance my knowledge of the EYFS (early years foundation stage). I have a level 3 Diploma for children and young peoples workforce. I have also
completed courses on The Emotional World of Our Two Year Old's, Two Year Old Environment Training, Maths for the Early Years, Literacy for Early Years, 2 years Progress Training, Look Listen & Note, The unique Child And Documenting Children's Learning,
I am fully insured and have business insurance on my car.
I am also able to provide 2,3 & 4 year old funding.
My Availability
I am available from 7am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
I currently have no availability for early years children. I am also able to provide short term contracts for holiday cover but I’m full at present for all up and coming holidays

school pick up fees vary depending on requirements.
Before and after school £4.50 for one hour £6.00 for two
