About Me
** TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY SPACES AVAILABLE ** My name is Samantha and I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I am also a member of PACEY. I work flexible hours, all year round, and can also offer 2, 3 and 4 year old funding places.
I have 3 children who are aged 33, 22, and 19 and two amazing grandchildren age 7 and 9.
I pick up from Great Wakering Primary Academy.
I am based in Victoria Drive, Great Wakering, near Cupids.
I have a clean, safe and smoke free home with a fully enclosed back garden, with large patio area and indoor playroom.
I have an extensive range of indoor/outdoor toys, and plan many exciting activities and crafts to suit all age groups.
I follow the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) for children under the age of 5, this enables the children to play and enjoy a range of activities, whilst learning and developing at the same time.
I attend local playgroups and regularly visit the park, beach, library, sealife centre and local soft play centres, which gives the children in my care a wide range of experiences. Each day at Poppins is different and jam packed with fun.
I am a very well organised, caring person and consider myself to be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
My rates are £6 per hour and all meals, snacks and drinks are included in my hourly fee. This fee also includes nappies.
Nutritious home cooked meals made daily.
My Experience
I have the experience of bringing up my own three children, 1 boy and 2 girls, and regularly babysat my young niece and nephew for many years. Having became a nanny in 2014 I now enjoy spending time with my adorable granddaughter, who is now 9 years old and a delight to be around. I am also the very proud nanny of a 7 year old grandson.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£6 per hour which includes all food, drink, snacks, nappies, wipes and nappy cream.

Sam started looking after my two kids at age 1 year and 2 and a half. From the moment I met Sam I knew she was the right person for our family. Her home environment is wonderful and her enthusiasm for getting the kids out and about almost everyday is amazing. They are always having so much fun and Sam sends me daily photos showing me what they are up to.
They also do brilliant craft projects and are always surprising me with gorgeous gifts!.
Sam has been so accommodating in fitting around my work schedule whist picking up and dropping off my kids. Both my children adore her and run to the door every morning showing her name. I literally couldn’t be happier!
