About Me
I am a fully qualified nursery nurse with over 16 years experience working with children of all ages. I currently work as a nursery practitioner caring for children aged 3-4 but have looked after a range of age groups including young babies.
I am available for occasional evening and weekend babysitting and happy to discuss any requirements. I can also work at events/weddings. I have a PVG certificate and first aid training. I can also provide references on request.

I got in touch with Caroline as I needed a babysitter for my 2 year old son. He is quite shy and takes a long time to warm up with new faces. Caroline offered to come by my house a few days before the day I was going out to meet my son so he would be more comfortable on the day, I thought this was a great idea.
Caroline is so calm and friendly, she doesn't throw herself onto children which a lot of people do. This can be quite intimidating for children and she seems to have just the right touch! I was so impressed with how quickly my son went to her which left me very reassured when the day came for babysitting.
Caroline was on time and brought a bag with books and toys which was great as new toys are always a great distraction! She sent me a message when I was out to let me know things were ok and he was happy.
When I returned home my son didn't flinch, he was reading books and looking lovingly into Carolines eyes!! (Normally he'd run to me crying if leave him!!) I was amazed at how relaxed he was and it looked like they had lots of fun.
I was nervous about the thought of a stranger babysitting, but Carolines approach was great and I'd highly recommend her to anyone!

Caroline has helped us out enormously with childcare. We have a one year old and a six year old, and she is able to deal with both children's quite diverse needs. Reliable, punctual and trustworthy, and clearly feels comfortable around kids. Creative and proactive with both our children. We value her help.

Caroline did an excellent job of looking after our 2 children aged 6 & 9 while we went out for an anniversary dinner
She was punctual, managed to fend off our very friendly dog & our kids adored her. Having battled to "be allowed out" we are now being asked when we are going out so Caroline can come back!
We will definitely be seeking Caroline's services again (if she will have us!)
