About Me
My name is Gemma, we are a family of 4, half English half Spanish. We are simple people who value good work, honestly and principles.
My Requirements
We are looking for an afterschool nanny to take care of our 2 and almost 5 years old girls for the following academic year. Ideally we would prefer a Spanish speaker who would be willing to talk in their native language.
Some of the expected duties would be:
* Ensure safety of the children at all times
* Plan activities for the children where they can learn at their own level. Keep some structure/routine. The ability to identify children's potential and pursue for it to achieve it's a plus.
* Plan and help or prepare some meals in conjunction with the parents.
* Light household chores (mainly related with the children to ensure their areas keep in good order).
* Keep good communication with the parents to ensure everyone is on the same page to support children's development.
