I am a private nanny with a wealth of experience supporting families in Wilmslow and the surrounding Cheshire area. I live locally and have two teenage girls of my own.
I am DBS checked with a recent first aid certificate. My qualifications are NVQ level 2 work with babies and level 3 early years and education. I am also a mother myself, the best qualification you can have!!!
I enjoy cooking, home making, being creative and getting outside into nature. I love to engage the children I work with whatever the age, and to develop a relationship of trust, reliability and familiarity. My intention is always to give your child that home from home care and create an atmosphere whereby you never worry about the happiness, welfare and security of your child at any time.
My Experience
I have nannied in both a short-term/ad-hoc and long term capacity for multiple families in and around the Cheshire area for 26 years now. I currently take care of the childcare needs of 3 separate families on both weekly & monthly terms simultaneously. One of my much loved families are relocating in November therefore I will have 2 consecutive days per week to offer, plus extra ad hoc evenings and weekends. I endeavour to be clear and upfront with my exact availability so as never to over promise and under deliver.. I understand and appreciate how very important regular and consistent childcare is for professional families with busy lifestyles. I have an up to date enhanced DBS and first aid training, as well as personal liability insurance cover. Please feel free to ask for any relevant documentation.
My qualification certificates were not accepted via this site as my maiden name appears on them. I have them to hand to provide proof of so do not hesitate to ask.
Experience includes working with children with disabilities, medical conditions and neurodivergence. Specifically; Down’s Syndrome, Autism, ADHD and T1 Diabetes.
