Hi I’m Kate!
I am a patient, kind and caring person. I absolutely love working with babies and toddlers, it’s a hugely rewarding job and I feel so lucky to watch all these little people develop and grow! I have 6 years of experience as a nanny with children/babies of all different ages. I’ve completed an Ofstead-approved paediatric first aid course. I have also completed a level 4 in postnatal and infant care, maternity nurse course with Little ones London.
As of January 2023 I have completed the Birth Bliss accredited doula course, for pregnancy, birth and postnatal care and I now run my own business Doula Kate - where I support families postnatally in the day and at night.
I am currently working on becoming a qualified infant sleep coach, so I can help parents and babies get the sleep they need!
I am available for night nannying for up to 3 times per week, depending on availability.
My Experience
I have over 6 years of childcare experience, caring for children from newborn through to school age. My work is centred around creating a calm, nurturing environment where little ones can feel safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Most recently, I’ve been a nanny for a family with a little girl I began caring for at 3 months old, who is now 9 months. In this role I’ve supported her through many important stages — from early weaning and changing sleep patterns to first words, sounds, and crawling.
I also have extensive newborn experience, gained through part-time nanny work and by supporting families postnatally as both a day and night doula.
One of my long-term roles was with a little girl from 9 months until she started school at age 4. During this time I built a very special bond with her and her family, supporting her through all her milestones and even travelling with them. We remain in touch to this day, which reflects the strong, lasting relationships I build with the families I work with.
I’ve also cared for a busy household of three children, often with sole charge and responsibility for school runs, meal preparation, holiday entertainment, and light household tasks. This role also included travelling alone with the children, giving me valuable experience in managing routines and care independently.
During the pandemic, I worked with families who couldn’t access nurseries, supporting babies and toddlers with morning and bedtime routines and providing stimulating, age-appropriate play at home.
I bring patience, reliability, and a genuine love for supporting children and families at every stage.

Currently studying to become an infant sleep coach.
My Availability
I am available as a night nanny on Tuesday and Thursday nights or a postnatal nanny and I’m currently available on Wednesdays and Friday mornings - any enquiries, please feel free to message me!
