About Me
Hi there! I'm Wanda, I have been in childcare for many years and believe children learning through play and experiences. I have a Good Ofsted inspection. And use EYFS. At present I DO have spaces available for any ages. I live on Longbridge Lane with my husband. I have 4 grown up children who have their own children and families.Throughout all their upbringing I have been childminding and fostering continuously for over 40 years ,making a big happy family. Our house is always full of toys, glue and painting, we go out daily to parks, playgroups, forest schools or woods, farms, on day trips,we have lots of fun and I feel that the children in my care get a huge variety of activities in and outdoors. We meet up with other childminders, so the children have a lovely and very sociable time .l have a wealth of knowledge and experience of childcare, as I go on a lot of training courses to keep myself updated with all of the latest information and changes. I include lots of fun learning and experimenting and experiencing.
I offer a home environment so that the children feel welcome and relaxed with me.
The downstairs of my home is designated for the children including my large garden that boasts lots of sit and rides, play houses (including princess castle) climbing frames and many more outdoor toys.

My Experience
I ran my own PLAYCENTRE before getting married and combining bringing up my own children as well as lots of other children. Many years of respite foster care for children with high level special needs and supporting their families. I am Chair of our local Community centre which we use for activities with the children.

My Availability
I DO now have availability of childcare at present. Other children just moved up to school places. I accept Funded places of 15 / 30 hours of free educational time, also tax free childcare. Also university or college funding.
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
Full Day rate £8 per hour.

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Albert Bradbeer Primary
