My Experience
I have 12+ years of childcare experience. I have babysat & nannied for families with up to 4 children, including twins, ranging in age from 0-14 years. I have nannied & babysat for families in Cambridge & Bath. I have also worked as a nanny share.
Duties have included; playing with children, taking children to toddler groups/ classes/ park, cooking meals, bottle feeding, comforting/soothing, nappy changing, potty training, arranging & supervising play dates, taking children on trips out, reading with children, helping with school projects, putting children to bed for naps/sleeping, nursery duties etc.

I have a Teacher Status (Early Years) Early Years Teacher Training degree (EYITT), BA degree in Fine Art (2:1), CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education, Paediatric First Aid Trained and I am a certified Therapeutic Mentor (with BdT training in Bath). This course consists of 10 modules, including; The neuroscience of relationships and the power of empathy, Child Development and self awareness as central skills, The key mentor skills for engaging with children and young people.Trainers on this course consisted of Teachers, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapists, Certified Practitioner in Therapeutic Play Skills.

Charlotte has been with us for almost a year, caring for our twin 2 y/o boys. Looking after 'spirited' twin toddlers is not something everyone has the mental and physical strength and patience to handle, let alone doing so during a global pandemic. But Charlotte has been truly amazing and taken everything in her stride.
She is extremely calm and loving towards the boys, and has endless capacity for patience and understanding. Because of the pandemic, Charlotte has had to be extra creative in thinking up activities and creative play for the boys. She makes sure the boys have time outside, come rain or shine, and is never short of a craft idea. If there is a spare cardboard box lying around, that box will be turned into a rocket/sleigh/car/bear house! She has also introduced the boys to cooking and helped get them started with potty training.
Charlotte is a great communicator and extremely respectful and attentive to the needs and routines of our family. She's very tidy, conscientious and proactive, whether that be asking me about ways she can support around the house or suggesting new ideas for play with the boys.
Charlotte has never missed a day of work and I trust her implicitly. I cannot articulate how valuable it has been to have that trust and confidence in the person taking care of the most important people in your life!
I could not have asked for anything more from Charlotte, and she will be missed greatly by all of us.

Charlotte has been one of our baby sitters for almost a year. She is always friendly and positive when visiting our home. She is compassionate with our daughter, who Charlotte would often only see when she woke from sleeping. I would often bump into Charlotte in the neighbourhood and she was always engaging with our daughter. Charlotte will make an great addition to any family where she works.

Charlotte has looked after my children for approx 12 months 2 days per week 7:30-5:30 and also babysat on other occasions.
During which time Charlotte has built up such a strong bond with my children (now age 6 and 4), and supported them as they transitioned from their previous nanny.
Charlotte is very creative, sensitive to each child’s needs, and is also great fun. Both children’s rooms and clothes were always dealt with and I had the pleasure of coming home to a clean and tidy house. We had a good working relationship, and sadly we had to let Charlotte go due to a change in our needs.

Charlotte has nannied for my children (now aged 6 and 2) on an ad hoc basis for the past year. She is a fun, creative nanny with a gentle child-led approach, and is fantastic with my youngest daughter who has additional needs and struggles with new people. She is a great communicator (to both kids and parents) and very reliable.
She also recently house sat with our ageing cat while we were on holiday and left the house completely spotless!
I highly recommend her.

Charlotte is reliable, fun-loving, conscientious, intelligent and insightful, and loves to play with our children. She takes the initiative and is a happy person to have around. I would recommend her highly, and so would our two energetic children aged 10 and 9.

Charlotte has been amazing with my two girls (18m and 3ys). She is so full of life, smiles and creativity. The girls love her and I feel completely secure/calm/safe leaving them with her. She respects the parental boundaries of each family, recognising we don’t all work the same, and slots right in. So pleased we found her!!
