We interviewed many nannies, and Brenda was easily our favourite. Not only was she good at interview, she also turned out to be a fantastic at her job.
Brenda is incredibly punctual, turning up when she says she will, often arriving a little early. She is very neat and tidy, leaving no more mess than was present when she arrived, which is impressive given how messy small children are. She has a friendly, positive attitude, and was incredibly warm and nurturing with my child, happy to take her out and about to parks, the library, and baby group. My child flourished in response to her patience and warmth.
Brenda tailored activities to my child's developmental stage, paying attention to, and encouraging, my child's interests. My child seemed calm and content at the end of a day with Brenda. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brenda, she is a wonderful nanny and I would be delighted to re-employ her if my circumstances were to allow.
