About Me

Hi, my name is Saima, and I am currently a stay at home mum. I have a 20 month old toddler(male). I am struggling with feeding him balanced meals(solid foods). He doesn't have any additional needs. I just have a lot of anxiety around mealtimes (him refusing meals/throwing foods etc), therefore I tend to stick to the same safe food/s/meal/s. I know that this isn't balanced/healthy, and I am really worried that this will create both short and long term food issues for him

I am really looking for somebody who can help me/work with me, to change this around. I would like somebody who has experience in this field. Mealtimes are taking a very long time, with a fussy toddler, refusing different/healthy food(s). And I want somebody to help teach both me and him, how we can have/work towards calm, fuss-free mealtimes, with balanced meals eaten. In person, to be present teaching/helping/feeding, until I feel confident enough to confidently do this correctly myself.
