About Me
I am Julie,
Having worked in nursing for 12 years I took to childminding initially so that I could spend more time with my own two children ( now aged 18 and 21 )
I have never looked back and have been permanently engaged as a childminder for the last 16 years.
My aim is simple.... To provide a 'home from home' environment which is comfortable, safe and inclusive.
I keep a massive range of toys, games and pastimes including art and craft. I try to get out most days and endeavour to make every day as diverse as possible. We often attend Beale Park, Thatcham Discovery Centre, Buckleberry Farm, Wellington Country Park to name a few! My house is also home to Guinea Pigs, Cats, a Labrador, some fish and a Budgie!
I have cared for local children from the age of five months to 11 years and some of these have been with me throughout this time in their lives.
Having been inspected by OFSTED in 2016 and graded as 'good' I am confident in my work and in the positive progression of children.
Currently I have places for children and would ask you to please contact me for details either by telephone or email. I would then suggest a visit to my home where you can see everything before making any decisions.

Normally I work Monday to Friday, 8.00-5.30 but I can be flexible.
