Very unreliable

This Childminder has offered us a space and said she will keep it for us. I've signed all documents and we've agreed on a start date. On a start date and the next date my daughter was unable to attend (due to moving home), so I asked to invoice me in full (same principle as if she was sick). Debbie first agreed and said there will be no issues, however later said there is no space for us anymore. So, apparently kids cannot skip days for any reasons even when parents are happy to pay for full day. Also never registered me on Babys Days system despite agreeing on a start date. I would not recommend this childminder, as she can just reject your child with a very short notice

I am very disappointed to read your comments on my Childcare.com profile as I have been more than considerate and flexible with your requests.

I’m also most surprised by your ratings as you only spent 10 minutes meeting with me in my setting.

Having taken advice I will take this opportunity to retort your accusations.

*I would firstly like to point out that neither you or I have signed a contract.
*I have to date not even met your daughter. I did request a meeting back in May, June and July but you said it wasn’t convenient for you as you were moving.
* In May you requested childcare Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays with a start date 1st July 2021. This date was cancelled by you mid June, you requested a new date, the 13th of July 2021.
This date you cancelled on the 6th of July.
This week was supposed to be start week. You cancelled two more start sessions after 5pm the night before
Also can I add -
*You have not paid a deposit
*You have not paid any fees.
*You have completed a registration form for your daughter, which is an OFSTED requirement to even offer a settling in session without you present. However, as it transpires you did not answer all the questions honestly.
*You did not agree to pay in full for cancelled sessions.

I am not in a position to offer you childcare any longer. Childcare places are in very high demand in my area.
