My Requirements
F is an outgoing, sociable, creative little boy. He's autistic and can struggle in after school settings, so we're looking for a nanny to pick him up from school, take him to the park or library, and then bring him home and spend a bit of time with him until we get back from work.

Maria has been an incredible support for our Autistic 10yo son, and we can't thank her enough. She picks him up from school, takes him to the park or library, or plays with him at home. She’s amazing at managing any difficult behaviours - firm but kind, flexible, and isn't phased by tough moments. She's responsive to his needs - whether that is to be very active and engaged or to have quiet time. Our whole family adores her, and we feel lucky to have someone so dedicated. She really goes above and beyond, and we’re truly grateful for her!
