About Me

I am an Outstanding Ofsted Registered Childminder offering daytime Childcare and before and after school care.
I am married and have 3 wonderful grown up boys ages 23, 32and 36.
We have 1 lovely black fluffy cat called Thea.
I spend a lot of time outside with the children in my care, enjoying the surrounding parks, countryside and beaches. I love encouraging their curiosity and learning in a safe, nurturing environment, whilst promoting independence and confidence but most of all to have happy little people ?

My Experience

I have gained a lot of relevant experience in childcare from being a Mum myself and from working in a Primary school for 9 years. I have worked with all ages of children from Reception year through to year 6. I have been looking after babies and children from my home for 13 years.

My Qualifications

I have a level 2 and two level 3 qualifications in early years and working in schools. I hold a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate and I am up to date with all statutory childcare requirements. I regularly update my knowledge re safeguarding, safety and any important information relevant to my business.

My Availability

I currently have vacancies for 12months + Monday and a Tuesday also before and after school (age dependent) Mon - Thursday.
