About Me
Hi, my name is Hayley Woods and I am a nanny in Cuckfield, I am looking for a position where i could potentially work 9-4 or 5pm 3/4 days a week. . I live with my husband Chris and 2 daughters Erin 15 and Isabelle 13. I am a very organised, bubbly person and have a brilliant sense of humour.
I enjoy the home from home approach to childcare and treat each child as an individual and play and teach at the level that they are at.
I attend regular toddler and baby mornings with the children and often go on outings and explore the great outdoors.
My children attend Warden park school in Cuckfield, so drop off and pick up to and from there, is also possible.
I can offer glowing references and I am DBS checked and first aid trained.
My Experience
I have been in childcare for the past 20 years. I started off in a nursery and worked up to team leader, having my children was the step I needed to pushstart my career in childminding and nannying.
I have experience with children age from newborn to 11 years.
When I started nannying 13years ago, I was with the same family until the youngest child went to school and I still babysit for them to this day. They can supply good references.
My current job is coming to an end in September 2021 (although I may still have some ad hoc hours) due to the youngest child going to school. I have been with them for 2 years and they too can supply good references.
My Qualifications
I studied the level 3 gnvq in education and childcare and qualified at merit level.
I have a paedriatric first aid certificate
I have studied an Introduction into childcare course.
Level 3 Teaching assistant Diploma.
My Availability
I am available as a flexible Full/part time nanny. Also happy to help with any evening babysitting.
Looking for a job from Monday -Thursday 9-4 ish. Can be flexible for the right family.

We are going to really miss Hayley and her two lovely girls. They have been part of our family for 18 months now and our 2 year old son loves them to bits. Unfortunately, we have to move back up North - wish we could take them all with us!
I think you can really tell the quality of care Hayley gives by the smile on my son's face when he see's her. Needless to say, she's highly professional on top of all the soft stuff.
You couldn't ask for a better person to help you with your family care.
Overall
Hayley worked for us for 6 months looking after our 4 and 2 year old girls. She was always punctual, reliable and very professional and I would recommend her services to any family. My daughters enjoyed spending time with her and her little girls and she was extremely flexible if I needed to make last minute changes to our requirements. We parted company only due to the fact that my eldest daughter recently started school and the youngest secured a place in nursery. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to babysit for us in the future!

Overall
Hayley has been amazing. When caitlin started she was shy and weary of new people, now 6 months later she is so happy, cheeky, confident and loves to see Hayley and her two girls. Hayley takes her out to all sorts of places and we have some lovely photos of her days out. Even when the days are wet Caitlin will come home with art work or hand made personalised gifts. Thanks Hayley.

Aaden is a pleasure to have. Yes sometimes a little aprehensive to come in in the mornings, but within seconds he is happy to wave mummy off at the window. He is a very happy, friendly and loving little boy and he relates really well with my other children. Aaden has only been coming to me for a few months, but he really has settled in so quickly and he knows the daily routine off by heart...not that its a strict rouctine, just a guidance to give the children a structured day.
